1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to the DressWise Kit website, web application, software, features, and related services that we provide (collectively, "DressWise Kit" or the "Services"). DressWise Kit provides AI-assisted clothing image tools, including clothing cutout and background removal, virtual try-on, image enhancement, fashion recommendations, account management, and related functions.
Some features, regions, or third-party services may have additional privacy notices. If an additional notice applies, it supplements this Policy. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
2. Key Definitions
Personal information or personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Depending on applicable law, this may include account details, online identifiers, uploaded images, payment records, usage records, and other information described below.
Sensitive personal information means information that may receive special protection under applicable law, such as biometric identifiers, facial characteristics, certain images, financial information, or information about minors. We process sensitive personal information only where necessary for a requested feature, where you authorize it, or where otherwise permitted by law.
3. Information We Collect
We follow the principle of data minimization and collect personal information only where necessary to provide the Services, where you provide it voluntarily, or where otherwise permitted by law.
3.1 Account and Login Information
If you create or log in to an account, we may collect your email address, user ID, nickname, avatar, authentication records or tokens, account settings, account status, and session information. We use this information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, synchronize your data, provide support, and protect account security.
3.2 Uploaded Images and Processing Data
When you use clothing cutout, virtual try-on, image enhancement, model management, or similar image-based features, we process the model, clothing, product, or other images you choose to upload, relevant image metadata where available and necessary, your processing settings, and the results generated from those images.
Selected images may be uploaded to our servers, cloud storage providers, or image and AI processing providers so that we can perform the task and return the result. If you upload an image of another person, you must ensure that you have obtained that person's valid authorization.
3.3 AI Feature Data
When you use AI-assisted features, we may process selected images, prompts or instructions, task parameters, model selections, interaction records, generated output, and error or diagnostic information. We use this information to provide the requested result, maintain service continuity, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve service quality.
We do not use your identifiable personal photos or private uploaded content for public marketing. If we seek to use personal information or uploaded images for model training beyond what is necessary to provide and maintain the Services, we will separately explain that use and obtain consent where required by law.
3.4 Device, Log, and Security Information
When you use DressWise Kit, we may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, language, time zone, network status, device or online identifiers, access times, request and operation records, crash or diagnostic logs, and security-related information. We use this information to operate and secure the Services, diagnose problems, detect abnormal activity, and prevent fraud or abuse.
3.5 Payment and Transaction Information
If you purchase credits, a subscription, or another paid product, we may collect order identifiers, product details, amount, currency, payment method, payment status, invoice details, and related transaction records. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full payment-card details processed by those providers.
3.6 Customer Support and Communications
If you contact us, request support, or exercise a privacy right, we may collect your contact details, account information, issue description, attachments, and communications with us. We use this information to verify your identity where needed, respond to your request, investigate problems, and keep appropriate records.

6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described in this Policy, where necessary to provide the Services, or where you authorize us to do so.
We may share information with:
- Cloud and infrastructure providers that provide hosting, storage, content delivery, email, security, and operational support.

Service providers are authorized to process information only for agreed purposes and are required to protect it appropriately. We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, where permitted by law.
7. Storage, Retention, and International Transfers
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, feature, security need, and legal requirement.
Account and transaction records may be retained while your account is active and for a legally required period afterward. Uploaded task images and generated results are retained according to the applicable task storage period and may be deleted earlier when you delete a task, where that option is available. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited additional period.
Depending on your location and the providers used to deliver the Services, your information may be processed or stored in China, Singapore, or other jurisdictions. Where an international transfer is subject to legal requirements, we will use appropriate safeguards, notices, consents, contractual protections, assessments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms as applicable.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, security reviews, and internal management procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should keep your credentials safe, use secure devices and networks, and notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take appropriate remedial action and provide notices where required by law.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, copy, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or request portability of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
You can manage certain account information and browser permissions through DressWise Kit or your browser settings. To request account deletion or exercise another privacy right, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
DressWise Kit is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you should use DressWise Kit only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Where applicable law establishes a higher minimum age or requires parental consent, we will comply with that requirement.
If we learn that we collected a child's personal information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or obtain appropriate consent. Parents or guardians may contact us to request review or deletion.
11. Automated Processing and Recommendations
DressWise Kit may use automated processing to generate image results or recommend clothing, styles, products, or features based on the inputs, preferences, and interactions you provide. These functions are intended to assist you and do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
12. Third-Party Services
DressWise Kit may integrate third-party services for cloud hosting, object storage, image or AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, security, and customer support. We select providers with regard to data protection and require appropriate contractual and security commitments. If you leave DressWise Kit for a third-party site or service, that third party's privacy policy and terms apply.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our Services, processing activities, or legal obligations change. We will update the "Last Updated" date above.
