Click Register, enter your email address, request a verification code, and set a password. The server currently grants 10 credits to new users; the code does not set a three-day expiry for those granted credits.

After logging in, click "Start Cutout," "Try Dressing," or "Image Enhancement" on the homepage to go to the corresponding processing page. Upload your images and processing will begin automatically. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Max file size: 10MB. Max resolution: 5000x5000 pixels.

Cutout: Separates clothing from the background and outputs a transparent-background image, ideal for e-commerce product photos. Dressing: Puts clothing onto a model with adjustable fit settings (loose, regular, tight). HD Enhancement: Upscales images by 2-8x while improving detail clarity.

Tasks are processed asynchronously. Current API estimates are about 30 seconds for cutout, 60 seconds for virtual try-on, 45 seconds for enhancement, and 90 seconds for AI Picks. Actual time varies with image size, selected model, and queue load. Updated: 2026-08-20.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email to receive a reset link. For quick access, you can also log in using your email and a verification code without needing a password.

Credits are used by image-processing tasks: cutout 10, virtual try-on 20, enhancement 15, and AI Picks 20 credits per task. New users receive 10 credits. Current packs are 10 credits for CNY 9.9, 50 for CNY 39.9, and 100 for CNY 69.9, valid for 90 days after purchase.

The daily limit of 5 cutout tasks applies only to free accounts that have neither an active membership nor enough available credits for the task. Members and accounts with enough credits are not subject to this daily limit, but each task still uses credits as usual. Free accounts receive watermarked results, 6-month image storage, up to 3 saved models, and normal processing priority.

Upload and manage model photos on the "My Models" page. Free users can have up to 3 models, while members have unlimited storage. You can add tags like height, body type, and skin tone for easy categorization. All uploads are automatically reviewed for compliance. When deleting a model, you can choose how to handle associated tasks.

Choose a plan on the Membership page. The current product baseline is CNY 29.9 for Monthly (100 credits/month), CNY 299 for Annual (150 credits/month), and CNY 899 for Annual Pro (500 credits/month). Final prices and benefits follow the public Product API and checkout page.

Current server settings are 180 days for free accounts, 90 days for Monthly, 365 days for Annual, and 730 days for Annual Pro. Storage starts when a task completes, and the active account benefit determines the retention period for new tasks.

After your membership expires, your benefits revert to the free tier. Existing models that exceed the free limit are preserved but no new ones can be added. Previously purchased credit packs remain valid (within their validity period). All saved images are unaffected.

The system will automatically retry once. If it fails 3 consecutive times, the task will be escalated for manual processing. For paid tasks that fail, the system will automatically refund or reissue credits. You can also contact customer service for assistance.

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Max file size: 10MB. Max resolution: 5000x5000 pixels. We recommend images of at least 1000x1000 for cutout and 2000x2000 for dressing. Only sRGB color space RGB images are supported.

Go to the "My Tasks" page, find the processed result, and click the "Download" button. Cutout results are available in both PNG (transparent background) and JPG (white background) formats. You can also download the original and result as a bundle.
